world war 2 pillbox, Kimmeridge Bay, Dorset

smile please

i gleaned the following information from a website that has photographs and details of all the remaing pillboxes in the uk: "a type 25 pillbox is now situated 15 feet from the eroding cliff edge. the entrance is 26ins wide x 39ins high; walls 11ins thick; height of structure 7ft 3ins; concrete raft 9ins thick; 4 embrasures 9ins high x 12ins wide at front, tapering inside. It has a concrete roof laid on corrugated iron sheeting"

and you thought taking photographs of rust was odd!
